My friend, and co-founder of Standout Jobs, Ben Yoskovitz started a new Facebook group for the Montreal Tech Entrepreneur Breakfast. Ben started it to help him keep track of the event, but I think this is a great model for other small tech groups. Hey if you happen to be in Montreal or Toronto or Vancouver or Victoria wouldn’t you like to know if there is a cool group like this to go to while you’re there? I would. If I’m in Montreal and there is a breakfast like this going on, I would certainly try to be there.
